Electromagnetic Winding

Electromagnetic winding is a key process that involves precisely winding conductive wire (such as enameled copper wire) according to specific specifications to form electromagnetic coils. This technique is widely used in the manufacturing of precision components such as LVDT displacement sensors and electromagnetic coils. Through strict wire inspection and winding process control, the quality and uniformity of the coils are ensured—directly impacting the final product’s electrical performance, accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
