Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

KingTeam Co., Ltd  values human rights and supply chain integrity, and pays continuous attention to conflict minerals issues. We oppose mineral trade that funds armed conflict. In line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, we investigate our supply chain and work to ensure that tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and gold (Au) are not sourced from mines controlled by, or benefiting, armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries.

Our Approach

1. Sourcing Control
We do not accept 3TG materials whose origin involves armed-group control, illegal taxation or human rights abuses.

2. Supplier Management
Suppliers must know the mineral origin of the materials they supply, answer our inquiries truthfully, and provide a signed commitment letter and smelter/refiner information upon request. We prefer smelters and refiners validated under RMAP or an equivalent program.

3. Upstream Communication
We expect suppliers to pass the same requirements on to their own suppliers.

4. Investigation and Reporting
We periodically review materials in our products and processes that may contain 3TG, report smelter and refiner information through the CMRT upon customer request, and keep records on file.

5. Corrective Action
If a concern is identified, we will ask the supplier to correct it within a set period. If it cannot be resolved, we will consider changing sources or ending the relationship.
